Individual Therapy  My Approach

We all seek therapy for many different reasons but ultimately we are seeking connection. Humans are hardwired for connection and this connection effects our health and well being. If we begin to live a life in disconnect caused by trauma or stress this can have negative effects on us. The way you see the world today will be influenced by your experience of the world and this is what we will explore together in connection. Transpersonal encompasses mind, body and spirit in the therapy process. It is primarily a talking therapy but it also involves experiential exercises, visualisation, guided meditation and more.
